You have 9 months to write and submit your entry:- until 25th December.
(Entries accepted up to and including, Christmas Day).


There is no restriction on length or topic.
Scripts with music as an integral part of the storyline will be preferred.
You may, if you prefer, submit original music; written by you or another.
Or you can indicate where music is needed,
(Include suggestions, if you will,
as to tone, subject, or style)
and Rhondda Records will supply the compositions.
Either way, the judges are honour bound to choose the best script.

A decision on the winner (and the TEN next best scripts)
will be announced on Saint David's Day, 2009.
The judges decisions will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into on this.


Both play and film will start production from March 2nd 2009.
The play will be performed (God willing)
in a theatre near you, at Christmas, 2009.

The film will use some scenes and actors from the play,
but we envisage a collaboration with more than one
professional acting troupe in Wales taking part.

AT&T apologized Thursday for the "mistake"
of cutting lines of lyrics sung by rock band
Pearl Jam that criticized President Bush
during a Webcast concert last weekend.

Two lines of an improvised version
of "Another Brick in the Wall" -
"George Bush, leave this world alone"
and "George Bush, find yourself another home,"
- were cut from the Webcast.

AT&T spokesperson, Michael Coe, said Thursday
that it was a “mistake".

"We have policies in place with respect to
editing excessive profanity but AT&T does not
edit or censor performances," the company
said in a statement.

AT&T critics have a different explanation:

"AT&T's actions strike at the heart of the
public's concerns over the power that
corporations have when it comes to
determining what the public sees and hears
through communications media," one blog said.
