Historical information Queries: can you help?

I wonder if you could help:-
My grandfather has a silcer trowel,
presented to his wifes ancestors in 1904
for the stonelaying ceremony in Trehafod Weselyan chapel.
Do you know where I could find out why she was chosen for the ceremony
and where any pictures (if any) of the event may be found.

Answer:
We contacted the translation service at The Welsh Language Board,
and the gentleman there says "Rhondda" means
"the good trail", or "the good way".

There is one I would like to add, only I don’t
know who wrote it. Perhaps your resources could

I heard it on a TV documentary about the British
occupation of New Zealand in the 19th century,
when one British administrator wrote back to
London the following about the Maori people:
